For Beginners, intermediates and advance level.

Our weekly workshop has been designed to give you an overall understanding of floristry.

It covers: hand-tied bouquets, short and long vases, foam work for table displays, weddings and funerals. Daily workshops follow the same curriculum as for the weekly. Below is the curriculum that you will follow.

The weekly workshop begins on the Monday and ends Friday. Starting at 10.00am through to 16.30pm. Please check for dates 2008 Diary Dates

Although it covers all aspects of floristry, it is understandably, not as expansive in the practice side, as the Monthly and Two Weekly courses. The instruction though is the same length of time, therefore it is suitable for advance florists as well who wish to just up date their skills.

Daily workshops follow the curriculum for the days of the weekly workshops, so select the day that best suits your requirements.

Our daily workshop is: £275.00 (sterling)

Weekly Curriculum:
 
Monday
   am: Introduction – Familiarization with the overall concept of flower arrangement and design
    pm: Demonstration and instruction on hand-tied bouquets
Tuesday
   am: Instruction: Hand-tied bouquets and long flat bouquets
    pm: Apply hand-tied bouquets in short vases; apply long bouquets in tall vases. (The purpose of this course is that it teaches how to manage a bouquet either one bought for your own pleasure or to prepare to order for retail sale)
Wednesday
   am: Introduction and demonstration to work with foam/table decoration
    pm: Practice
Thursday
   am: Working with foam – wedding arrangements
    pm: Functions in general, wedding bouquets
    am: Practice funeral arrangements
Friday
   pm: How to work with open flowers and achieve maximum results. End of course
